Salute to the Indian Soldier!

This Post I would like to dedicate to the Indian Soldier!! Respect!! our daily fresh oxygen costs his blood!

SALUTE!

*Welcome to the world where live a soldier

*Where days are hot and nights are colder

*I sacrifice myself for your sound sleep

*Almost ignoring my house and my child’s weep

*Your day start with breads and buns

*Mine goes with bullets and guns

*I sometimes eat nothing to help you eat everything

*I wake up all night for your safe morning

*You people plan picnic on national holiday

*I’m still on my duty every time and everyday

*I survive in -53’C and still don’t complain

*Country’s pride and my passion I retain

*I have lost my importance but haven’t lost my senses

*I still give my best to protect my country on fences

*There were days when I was in News for enemy’s end

*And now is the day I’m in News only when I’m dead

*I never ask where ‘Jai Jawan, Jai kisaan’ went

*Dying for my country that is for what I’m meant

*Peace in your life, peace in other’s and peace in mine

*I’m trying everyday, everytime
